Article Abstract
Pregnancy in patients with VHL disease induces cerebellar hemangioblastoma progression and causes a high VHL disease-related pregnancy complication rate. We recommend intensified surveillance of patients with VHL disease, especially of cerebellar hemangioblastoma during preconception care and pregnancy.
